TARION ONE-TWO- AND SEVEN-YEAR WARRANTIES: 69. The home comes with a 7-year warranty for major structural defects, a 2-year warranty for major plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, and building envelope, and a 1-year warranty for defects in work and materials, in accordance with the Ontario Building Code.
