COLOR SELECTIONS AND FINISHES: 67. All color and finishing selections have been chosen from the Vendor's standard samples. 68. The Purchaser acknowledges that variations in color and shade uniformity may occur, and that the colors, patterns, and availability of samples displayed in the Sales Presentation Centre and/or model homes may vary from those displayed and available at the time of color selection.

TARION ONE-TWO- AND SEVEN-YEAR WARRANTIES: 69. The home comes with a 7-year warranty for major structural defects, a 2-year warranty for major plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, and building envelope, and a 1-year warranty for defects in work and materials, in accordance with the Ontario Building Code.
