The Lofthouse offers private balconies or terraces†, approximately 10ft high drywall ceilings** in all main living areas (excluding washrooms† and areas with bulkheads), and smooth finished gypsum board ceilings painted white in flat low VOC latex paint. The interior walls are also painted white in flat low VOC latex paint and feature contemporary 7” high baseboards in semi-gloss low VOC latex paint. The entry door is a solid core with a privacy viewer, and the interior doors are painted hollow core doors†.

Closet doors are metal framed sliders’† and swing doors feature satin chrome finish handles. Bedroom closets have double rods and shelves, while entry closets have single rods and shelves. The units also come equipped with an EnergyStar™ front-loading washer/dryer† and individually controlled heating and air conditioning systems.

Hydro and water are individually sub metered for each unit. Large operable and fixed windows are featured throughout the units as per plan. Balconies, patios, terraces, and roof terraces† are accessed through sliding glass doors or hinged single French doors.

Balconies also have tempered glass and metal railings, while roof terraces have pressure-treated wood floors and glass and metal railings. The roof terraces also have one frost-free water hose bib† and a natural gas BBQ connection°†. The kitchens in The Lofthouse feature kitchen cabinets with slab doors and concealed hinges in a choice of finishes from the Vendor’s standard samples.

Quartz or granite countertops* and a choice of backsplash tiles* are also included. Under cabinet valence task lighting illuminates the single, undermount stainless steel sink with a single lever faucet. Stainless steel appliances, including a 36 in. [30 in.

for units 810 sq.ft. or less, and unit 508] wide refrigerator, self-cleaning 30 in. slide-in gas range, built-in 24 in.

wide dishwasher, and over the range built-in microwave with integrated exhaust to the exterior, are also included. The bathrooms in The Lofthouse are spa-inspired and include a 5 ft soaker tub with acrylic apron† and a glass-enclosed shower with a hinged door and acrylic base†. The tub or shower features a pressure-balanced mixing valve, a rain head shower head, and chrome trim.

The bathroom vanity is contemporary with a single bowl undermount white sink† and quartz or granite countertops*. The chrome, single lever faucet complements the vanity-width mirror. Porcelain wall tile is used on the tub/shower surround walls* and white dual-flush toilets are also included.

Powder rooms have small sinks with single lever chrome faucets and sink-width mirrors†. All bathrooms have exterior vented exhaust fans. The flooring in The Lofthouse is pre-finished engineered hardwood throughout (except bathrooms and laundry closet*) and porcelain tile in the bathrooms and laundry closet*.

Electrical features include an individual electrical panel with circuit breakers, white decora-style switches and receptacles, and smoke, carbon monoxide, and heat detectors as required in each suite†. The dining room and living room have capped ceiling light fixture outlets†, while bedrooms and dens have switch-controlled split outlets and halogen track lighting is featured in the kitchen. The bathrooms have wall-mounted sconce lights and pot lights in free-standing showers†.

The entry foyer has a ceiling light fixture† and balconies, porches, patios, terraces, and roof terraces all have one exterior light fixture and electrical outlet†. Cable and telephone outlets are available in the bedrooms, living room, and den†.
