Quartz countertops will be chosen from the Builder's decor package. 3. The sink will be a single bowl stainless steel undermount with a contemporary design chrome faucet. 4. The backsplash will be tiled, chosen from the Builder's decor package. 5.

Studio, One Bedroom, and One Bedroom + Flex suites will come with 24-inch stainless steel fridge, 24-inch cooktop, 24-inch wall oven, and 18-inch integrated panelled dishwasher. 6.
